Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. jilia reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering on jilia, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilia login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. jilia will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify jilia's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jilia may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.
Accounts must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any third party. jilia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account used in breach of this condition.
jilia accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the Platform.
All funds deposited to jilia must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your jilia account details. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be refused, and the funds returned to the originating account less any applicable processing fees.
jilia does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside jilia's control. jilia credits deposits to your account within the timeframe published on the Platform for each payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of jilia shall first be submitted to jilia's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism for online gaming complaints, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
jilia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the jilia Platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of jilia following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using jilia and may request withdrawal of your account balance in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal procedures.
